The Festival offers vendors an opportunity to showcase their products and services to HUNDREDS of attendees. Being a vendor allows you to gain maximum exposure for a minimal cost while supporting your local community. 

 

PCBA Members receive a $25 discount on the vendor space prices. Membership must be current.

General vendors receive a 10 x 10 vendor space.

Food vendors receive a 10 x 20 vendor space.

The event does not provide tents, tables or chairs. 

 

Registration fees: 

$100   Crafter/Artisan/Non-Profit            

$150   Retail/Commercial Businesses                                                                  

$400  Political Booth

$150  Single Food Item (i.e. Pretzels, Ice Cream)                                        

$250  Multiple Food Items (i.e. Burgers & Fries, Platters) 

 

The event is held rain or shine.  

 

If the event does not take place in September due to the State of Maryland or Baltimore County mandates, you will receive a refund minus any card processing fees.
